They paid the same settlement just later than Nintendo and MS. They thought they could strong arm their way to a better settlement. They tried to feed their fans the "Its not possible with motion controls" and "Rumble is last generation" bullshat. All they had to do was pay when Nintendo and MS did. I predict you'll see a big wave AFTER launch. Rockstar doesn't do "bash you over the head advertising". They do murals on walls and stuff like that. MS isn't going to go against the great Rockstar. MS understands Rockstar knows how to market their product. GTA IV isn't Halo MS doesn't control it.
The first batch of DLC won't be out til August anyway.

Images are last generation. I prefer to have a blank page load up so I can scroll through a list of the items reading the description.
Sometimes one image loads at a time and after 5 minutes all the images are loaded but I prefer no images.
Sony fanboys are right the PSN store is better than XBL marketplace. I mean who wants to rent movies from their console and see images? Not me!

Is that judgment day for the PSN servers? I'm not sure what you mean? I'm assuming you're talking about the release of MSG4 yet they couldn't even run a beta. Wouldn't be claiming that will be judgement day when the beta didn't get a foot off the ground before it wrecked into a tree.
